(1) If any type of expert service is required for the purpose of election in any body or organized organization other than the election specified by the constitution and prevailing federal law as the commission to conduct the election, the relevant body or organized organization shall provide such expert services. may request the commission to provide the service.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), if a request for any type of expert service related to election is received from any body or organized organization, the commission shall inform the network and reputation of such body or organization and the nature of the election as well. (3) According to sub-rule (2), in case the Commission assists in conducting elections of any body or organization, the materials used in the election shall be managed by the relevant body or organization.
